A company of Keolis Group

Pursuant to article L 221-1 of the French Civil Aviation Code, and to article 28 of the Act n° 2004-809 dated 13th, August 2004 concerning Local Rights and Liabilities, the Syndicat Mixte de Troyes Barberey has become the owner of the airport since 1st of January 2007.
The Syndicat Mixte then chose the Société de Gestion de Troyes en Champagne (S.G.A.T.C.), subsidiary of Keolis Group, as the new managing company of the airport from the 1st of January 2008.

The Syndicat Mixte de l'Aérodrome de Troyes Barberey gathers three local authorities : the Council of Aube Department (Conseil général de l’Aube), the Greater Troyes (Communauté d’agglomération troyenne), and the Chamber of Trade and Industry of Troyes and Aube (Chambre de commerce et d’industrie de Troyes et de l’Aube).
Keolis is the leading private operator of public transport in France and world leader in the operation of automated metro systems. Through its subsidiary Keolis Airport, the company operates four airports in partnership with VINCI Airports - Grenoble-Isère, Chambéry-Savoie, Clermont Ferrand-Auvergne and Quimper - and three other airports by itself (Angers Loire, Albert-Picardie, and Troyes en Champagne).
