Please read the following document in order to be aware of your rights in the event of denied boarding or cancellation :  
Leaflet of the European Commission on passenger rights, in application of  regulation (EC) No 261/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 11 February 2004, establishing common rules on compensation and assistance to passengers in the event of denied boarding and of cancellation or long delay of flights



Useful Advice


Check-in
Airline companies usually set a check-in time limit. This time limit is written on your ticket and is usually set to 30 minutes before the departure time. We advise you to arrive at the airport between one hour and one hour and a half before your departure flight.

Immigration
YOU MUST HAVE YOUR ID CARD for flights within the European Union.
If you are traveling outisde the E.U., you must have your passport.



New security measures applicable to liquids, gels, creams, pastes and aerosols

The following items are forbidden :

Bagage HoldHand Bagage
Corrosive or bleaching substances
Toxic substances (poisons) , radioactive substances
Magnetic products (magnets, compasses...)
Explosive products (ammunition, fireworks...)
Gas and gas canisters (butane, propane, self-defense gas,...)
Flamable substances (petrol, diesel, ethanol, alcohol,lighters...)
Mercury thermometer
Acids and alkalis (including wet batteries)
Knifes, Cisors, Cutters
Firearms, repliqua or imitation
Tear gases
Any sharp, blade or blunt item
Any liquid of more than 100ml (please see below)


Liquids
Any item whose capacity exceeds 100ml of liquids is forbidden in hand luggage, except food for young children and medicines which comes with its prescription.
All bottles and tubes of a maximum of 100ml each must be carried separately in a clear plastic zip-top bag not exceeding 20cm x 20cm and presented at the security checkpoint. You are allowed to bring liquids, gels, creams of a maximum capacity of 100ml each.
